A man has filed suit against a Brooklyn car dealership after he was struck by a vehicle and pinned against a wall in the dealer’s showroom.

The lawsuit, which was filed by 36-year-old Phillip Bermudez against the Plaza Hyundai dealership, alleges that an employee who was moving cars on the showroom floor hit him with a Hyundai Santa Fe as he was seated at a salesperson’s desk on December 15.

Bermudez suffered significant injuries, and has been unable to return to work since the incident.

He is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.
