A Message from David W. Singer
In 1984, I opened a small law office in Hollywood, Florida. Today, David W. Singer & Associates, P.A. is one of the largest personal injury firms in the Sunshine State, having represented literally thousands of people injured in accidents of all types and from many different places. Our clients come from virtually every county in Florida, many of the fifty states, Europe, Asia, and South America. We're fluent in English, Spanish, Creole and French.
As the managing attorney of the firm, I strive to ensure that our entire staff provides quality legal services to every client. We handle all cases on a contingency fee basis, so that each and every client can afford legal counsel. As a result, our clients pay a fee to us only if we recover money for them. Further, if necessary, our fee is adjusted to ensure that the client's settlement proceeds exceeds our attorney's fee.
At David W. Singer & Associates, P.A., we put our clients' interest first and foremost. We pride ourselves in giving every case the individual attention needed to achieve the best possible results.
